Group coaching is a facilitated process where individuals work together to gain insights and create action plans around shared goals, guided by a professional facilitator. In this program, it’s a co-created, dynamic experience that blends emergent strategy and adaptive leadership. You’ll navigate complex challenges with agility and resilience, developing the skills to respond to uncertainty and build strong, connected teams. The focus is on embracing complexity and cultivating leadership that evolves with the needs of your organization.

Sessions are experiential and participatory! After setting the stage and co-creating our group norms in the first session, future sessions will mix discussion, reflection, and interaction.
We’ll use both small breakouts and full group collaboration to explore key insights and takeaways. Between sessions, you’ll be invited to engage in learning and field work to deepen your understanding and progress toward your goals.
