Helping you do your best work, in good company.

What I Do

My work tends the fall into one of the following buckets: coaching, facilitation, or leadership development.

Coaching is a focused partnership where I create a space for reflection, clarity, and forward movement. My job is to build the container and guide the process—your job is to do the work.

You decide what matters most. You clarify what progress looks like. You choose how to stay accountable.

I’m here to support your thinking, ask the right questions, and hold the space so you can move with purpose.

Coaching

Facilitation is about creating the conditions for people to work better together. I design and guide sessions that help teams surface what matters, make decisions, and build shared momentum.

I use tools like Liberating Structures because they’re simple, repeatable, and powerful in complex, diverse, and fast-moving environments.

You bring the goals. I bring the structure. Together, we build alignment, clarity, and trust—one step at a time.

Custom Facilitation

I believe leadership is a practice, not a title. That belief is at the heart of everything I teach.

I offer sessions that help people at every level lead more intentionally, communicate more clearly, and stay grounded in purpose. You can bring me in for on-site training or join an upcoming sessions of When Everyone Leads—the most accessible way I’ve found to teach adaptive leadership to teams and communities.

How I Do It

My favorite part of this work is my approach. I bring together my education in sociology, social trends, and group dynamics with years of experience working across mission-driven organizations, fast-paced startups, and large, multicultural institutions.

I’ve spent my career studying how people move through change—individually and together. Then I built a practice that draws on both research and lived reality.

The work I do varies, but my approach is built around three core tenets.

Own your behavior.

This is about self-authorization—uncovering and practicing the small, daily habits that keep you grounded. Whether you're answering your kid for the fifth time about what’s for dinner or deciding which program your team needs to cut, your behavior is the only thing you can control.

Define success on your terms.

You can’t stay true to your purpose if you don’t know what it is. This work helps you get clear on what really matters so you can make intentional trade-offs. Every change comes with loss—even the good ones. Any coach or consultant who tells you otherwise is lying.

Mobilize others.

No meaningful change happens alone. This work is about building trust, communicating across difference, and moving forward together. I’ve had “mobilization” in my job title before I could define the word. I’ve always known that change takes people.

More About Me

I’m a South Louisiana native, proud to call Cajun country home. I come from exiled Acadians, immigrants who crossed oceans, and many whose stories were never recorded. I took French from grade school through college because I wanted to learn the native language of my dad and his family. The language that was taken from them when they were expected to assimilate.

That’s part of why I do this work. I like figuring things out—how systems work, how people lead, how we change—and I like helping others do the same. I don’t always start with mastery. I start with curiosity. I follow patterns until I see how things connect, and once that tie is made, I go deep.

I’ve been in leadership roles most of my life (any other eldest daughters out there?). In high school, I studied how leadership and environment intersected while replanting Louisiana marshland. In college, I co-created a leadership studies minor because there wasn’t a clear way for first-gen students like me to practice leadership while working full time. I’ve always been building what didn’t yet exist. Starting with what I needed and sharing it with others.

If you want to learn more about my professional background, LinkedIn is the best place to start. But if you want to know what it’s like to work with me, here’s what you should know:

I lead with curiosity. I ask better questions than I give advice. That’s how I gather data and help map the full picture.

I practice self-authorization. I won’t tell you what to do. I help you figure out what’s right for you.

And I don’t make assumptions. If there’s something I should know, tell me. I promise to do the same.

I believe small is everything. What we do at the smallest level is what we do at the biggest.

I keep a note on my desk that says, “Don’t tell me your values. Show me your budget.” We prove who we are through what we choose. So we start small, build awareness, and practice doing the small things in a way that prepares us for the big ones.

My Mission

Everyone deserves to do good work. Work that matters to them, work they can be proud of, and work that doesn’t burn them out.

For some people, good work means more flexibility. For others, it means building something from the ground up, or speaking up even when it’s hard. I’ve seen parents, founders, frontline staff, and leaders at every level show up and do the hard work. What they need is work worth doing.

My mission is to help people figure out what matters most to them—and support them in doing their best work in service of that. I don’t set the mission. You do. I just help you build the systems, practices, and clarity to move forward with purpose.
